I have been very silent. In this post I would like to go over how I nearly went out of business. I currently use a Getresponse autoresponder. For the last 5 years I have gotten very good service from the company Implix. About two weeks ago they upgraded the software for the autoresponders. In this upgrade they migrated my autoresponders to a new platform and loaded all the wrong messages in my different campaigns. On top of all of this their new software must have over 100 major errors and after 15 hours of struggling I still could not use the auto responder.

The only thing keeping me from migrating to a new reliable platform like Aweber is that when you import the leads they need to confirm again. This will result in a substantial loss of subscribers. On the Getresponse forums most of the users are extremely angry as they are losing money. If you were looking for an autoresponder I suggest that you give Getresponse a miss. Simon Grabowski the CEO should make a public apology.
