I had two questions.
1) Answer to Pastor William Barhorst
I would build a content site related to real estate investing. You can register a domain name for $8 and buy hosting for $6 a month a small amount of capital to invest. Update your site frequently with high quality content and setup interactive features like a newsletter and forum etc… You can immediately start earning money from advertising eg. Google Adsense(I know this pays well for real estate). Optimize your content for search engines. You can promote your site using article marketing. Write 10 to 20 articles a day and submit to the top article directories. Within a few months you will achieve very good search engine rankings. It really is as simple as that. 2) Promoting Shaklee
I would promote this in the following way. Create a squeeze page with an incentive to download a free report. This would be specific to the kind of products that you are marketing. If you were marketing weight loss products you would write a report on how to lose weight. Create an autoresponder sequence with email messages to market the Shaklee products. You can promote your site using article marketing with a link to your squeeze page. Once you start making money you can also use targeted paid advertisng eg. mlm or health newsletters.

I have spent tons of money on so many real estate programs. What I am so upset about is, If all the gurus of the programs actully helped me and others get their first property and got them lenders to get and rehab them, then maybe we’d be interested in continuing more education courses. But everyone of the course programs simply blled you to death until you don’t have any funds left to buy any properties. I started with $20,000.00 and now my savings account is closed because of the expenses of all the courses Russ Whitney’s, Robet Kyosaki’s, Carlton Sheets and Donald Trumps. I know so many that feel the same way. You all make you money buy continually having new courses and stratagies that never really get anyone a property, when all brag how they got properties with nothing down. I have tried everything I wa taught and I am broke now. I wanted to use my real estate education to ultimeately get homes to help the less fortunate, especially now, those that lost homes due to job losses, or a fire or other disaster, ultimeately having funds to build an emergent shelter for homeless Veterans, fire Victims, Abused women and children, the disabled, and poor elderly. My heart is crushed because although I am still trying I can not get funds to accomplish my goals to help people. If I had one honest person that truely saw what I want to do and helped me get there, I would go on their infomercials and promoted their program telling how it really works with them knowing I am an Ordained Minister which may get you a bunch more customers. I know people all around the world and all are facing hardship and can not invest in my company even though they would love to.
